Section 333: To maintain records of trust property

1) The trustee shall prepare an inventory of the trust property and update the records thereof, and, in the case of a public trust, a copy of such records shall be submitted to the registrar each year.

2) The inventory referred to in sub-section (1) shall also reflect the total assets, loans, or if such property has been invested in any business, principal, interest or other returns of such investment.
