1) A Cooperative Organisation may borrow loans or accept a grant from any native or foreign bank or institution, or from any other agency, or work in collaboration.

2) Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-Section (1), before availing a loan or grant from a foreign bank or agency, approval of the Ministry of Finance shall be obtained on the recommendation of the Ministry.
