Section 78: License to be Obtained from Bank

1) Commercial Banks and financial institutions shall, in order to conduct banking and financial transactions, obtain a license from the Bank as prescribed.

2) While issuing a license pursuant to sub-section (1), the Bank may fix necessary terms and conditions, and it shall be the duty of the licensed bank and financial institution to abide by such terms and conditions.
