Section 99: Power of the Office to give direction

1) On receipt of the report pursuant to Section 98, the Office may, upon studying it as required, give direction immediately to make the improvement, if any, required to be made in relation to
any work, working procedure or other matter of the enterprise or workplace or labour or trade union and stop any act, if any, being committed contrary to law.

2) A party who is not satisfied with the direction referred to in sub-section (1) may make an appeal to the Labour Court within thirty-five days.

3) The decision made by the Labour Court on the appeal made pursuant to sub-section (2) shall be final.
