Section 19B: Power to request details

1) If the investigating and investigating body considers it necessary to obtain or examine any document, account statement or other details in order to fulfil the objectives of this Act and if it considers that any person or organisation has or can obtain and submit any document, account statement or other details related to the investigation and investigation, the investigating and investigating body may request such person or organisation to submit such document, account statement or other details.

2) It shall be the duty of the person or organisation concerned to provide the document, account statement or other details requested by the investigating and investigating body pursuant to sub-section (1).
