Section 36: General Meeting

1) There shall be a General Meeting as the supreme body of a Cooperative Organization.

2) All members of a Cooperative Organization shall be the members of the General Meeting.

3) The General Meeting of a Cooperative Organization shall be as follows:-

(a) Preliminary General Meeting,

(b) Annual General Meeting,

(c) Extraordinary General Meeting.
