In case the Ministry, Nepal Rastra Bank, the Registrar, or the authority authorised by the Registrar learns, in the course of exercising the functions, duties and powers under this Act, that anyone has committed an offence referred to in Section 122, it may write to the concerned agency to carry on investigation according to this Act with regard to such an offence.
