Section 125: Picketing or assembly may be made

1) With the objective of exerting pressure to fulfil the demands when the strike or lock-out is continuing, the labourers may picket or assemble at the main entrance of the workplace or enterprise peacefully.

2) In any circumstance other than the circumstance of strike or lockout, they may picket or assemble before or after working hours or during rest time without disturbing the work of the workplace or enterprise.

3) Even in cases where picketing or assembly is made pursuant to sub-section (1), the labourer may not do any act and action such as prohibiting others from entering or leaving the workplace or enterprise or causing any loss or damage to the workplace
