Section 66: Security of Government of Nepal may be obtained

1) In case a Cooperative Organisation requires security against a loan to be borrowed from a foreign bank or agency, it may, for that purpose, request the Ministry of Finance through the Ministry.

2) In case of receipt of a request pursuant to sub-Section (1), the Ministry of Finance may provide security for such loan.

3) While providing security pursuant to sub-Section (2), the Ministry of Finance may prescribe necessary conditions.
