Section 28: Internal Procedures may be framed

1) A Cooperative Organisation may frame bylaws as necessary for conducting its business subject to this Act and the Rules, Directives, Standards, and Procedures framed under this Act.

2) The internal procedures referred to in sub-Section (1) shall come into force after it is approved by the General Meeting.
