Section 175: Saving of acts done in good faith

No action shall be instituted against any labour inspector, occupational safety and health inspector or any officer or employer or labour deputed in inspection for the loss or damage, if any, caused to any person as a result of any act done or attempted to be done in good faith in the course of performing his or her duties.

Provided that such person shall be personally liable with respect to any act done knowingly or with bad intention.
