Section 161: Appeal to the Supreme Court

1) Any party who is dissatisfied with the order or judgment made by the Labour Court in a case originally tried and adjudicated by the Labour Court may make an appeal to the Supreme Court within thirty-five days of the date of knowledge of such an order or judgment.

2) Any decision made on appeal by the Labour Court shall be final.
