Section 35: List to be Published

1) The Nepal Insurance Authority shall publish an updated list of licensed insurers every three months in at least two national-level daily newspapers and on its website.

2) The published list shall include the date of commencement of the insurance business, paid-up capital, insurance charges, claims and other details as deemed necessary by the Authority in accordance with sub-section (1).
