Section 100: Labour audit to be made

1) Each enterprise shall make a labour audit as prescribed as to whether or not acts and actions are being performed by the enterprise in accordance with this Act, Regulation and prevailing law and prepare a report thereof.

2) The report referred to in sub-section (1) shall be provided to the Office or inspector during inspection made pursuant to this Chapter or as and when so demanded by the Office or inspector.
