Section 127: Double Fine to be imposed

¹……. If a person or cooperative organisation that has been fined pursuant to Section 125 commits the same offence again, the Registrar or an officer authorised by the Registrar shall impose a double fine on such person or cooperative organisation for each subsequent offence.
