Section 154: Formation of Expert Groups

1) The Authority may form an expert group as prescribed to study, investigate or investigate claims related to fraud, forgery or deceit that may arise or have occurred in the insurance business and recommend necessary opinions for taking action, reform or formulating policies in that regard.

2) Other provisions regarding the expert group shall be as prescribed.
