Section 67: Issuance of Debt Bond Against Gold and Foreign Currency

1) The Bank may, having obtained approval from the Government of Nepal, issue one or more types of debt bonds denominated in gold or foreign currency for a certain purpose.

2) The types, duration, payment of principal and interest and other matters of the debt bond to be issued pursuant to sub-section (1) shall be as prescribed by the Bank.
