1) Before the appointment of insurance agents to carry on activities related to micro-insurance, the insurer shall enter into a written contract with such agents.

2) When entering into a written contract with such insurance agents, if such agent is a corporate body established per relevant Acts, the prescribed rights should be delegated to such agents.
