Section 59: Technical or Management Service Agreement

1) The insurer may enter into technical or management service contracts or agreements with Nepali Individuals or foreign corporate bodies by obtaining prior approval from the Nepal Insurance Authority.

2) Before entering into a contract as per sub-section (1), the draft of such agreement shall be presented to the Nepal Insurance Authority for approval.

3) Other technical or management service contracts or agreement provisions shall be as prescribed.
