1) The Cooperatives Act, 2048 is hereby repealed.

2) Actions taken under the Cooperatives Act, 2048 shall be deemed to have been carried out under this Act.

Note: The words converted by the Act to Amend, Consolidate, Adjust and Repeal Certain Nepal Laws, 2074:

Instead of “Schedule-1 of the Government Cases Act, 2049”, “Schedule-1 of the National Criminal Procedure (Code) Act, 2074”.
