Section 7: Formation of Provincial Cooperative Association

In order to support the development, promotion, and marketing of cooperative enterprises, at least 31 organisations formed in at least five districts or district cooperative sectoral associations or district cooperative associations or provincial Sectoral associations may form a Provincial Cooperative Association.
