Section 133: Appeal may be filed

1) A person who is not satisfied with the decision of denial to Registrar Cooperative Organization pursuant to Section 16 or of revocation of registration of Cooperative Organization pursuant to Section 88 may, within thirty-five days from the date of getting information of the decision, file an appeal to the Registrar in case the decision has been made by the authority authorised by the Registrar and to the Secretary of the Ministry in case the decision has been made by the Registrar.

2) The person who is not satisfied with the decision of fine referred to in Section 125, and of the punishment imposed pursuant to clauses (d) and (e) of sub-section (1) of Section 128 and clauses (c) and (d) and (e) of sub-section (2) of the same Section, he/she may file an appeal as follows within thirty five days from the date of getting information of the decision:-

(a) To the concerned district court in case the decision has been made by the authority authorised by the Registrar,

(b) To the concerned High Court in case the decision has been made by the Registrar.
