Section 123: Saving of actions taken in good faith

1) No official or employee of the Ministry, Department or a cooperative Organisation or Association shall be individually or collectively liable for any act done in good faith according to Rules, bylaws or Directives framed under this Act.

2) Notwithstanding contained sub-section (1), no act done without fulfilling the procedures and with malafide intention shall be saved.
