Section 118: Terms and conditions of services of chairperson and members of Management Committee

1) The chairperson and members of the Management Committee shall be the whole-time officials.

2) Remuneration and other benefits of the chairperson and members of the Management Committee shall be as specified by the Government of Nepal.

3) No chairperson or member of the Management Committee shall disclose to an unauthorised person any information he/she learns in the course of carrying out official business.
