Section 117: Report to be submitted

The Management Committee shall, within one month of completion of the performance of management of assets or payment of liabilities of the problematic Organisation or Association, submit a report to the Ministry stating the following details:

(a) Refund of the members’ amount of savings,

(b) Liabilities paid,

(c) Details of the remaining assets and liabilities,

(d) Recommendations relating to policies to be adopted by Government of Nepal with regard to the operation of an organisation or Association,

(e) Other details as deemed appropriate by the Management Committee.
