Section 111: Authority to be suspended ipso facto

1) The authority of the Board, manager, and employees of the problematic Organisation or Association shall ipso facto be suspended from the date the Management Committee is formed under this Act.

2) Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-Section (1), the Management Committee may for the purpose of management of assets and payment of liabilities, release the suspension and engage the members, manager and employees of the problematic Organization or Association for carrying out functions relating to management of assets and payment of liabilities of such Organization or Association.

3) In case the Management Committee deputes for work pursuant to sub-section (2), it shall be the duty of the concerned person to bear the responsibility accordingly.
