Section 90: Provisions concerning Liquidation

1) The functions, duties, powers and remuneration of the liquidator of the Cooperative Organisation, the registration of which has been revoked under this Act and other provisions as to liquidation shall be as prescribed.

2) In case of appointment of a liquidator pursuant to sub-section (2) of Section 89, the entire expenses of the liquidator shall be borne by the Government of Nepal.
