Section 67: Find of a Cooperative Organisation

1) The following amount shall be deposited in the fund of a Cooperative Organisation

(a) Amount received from the sale of shares,

(b) Amount received as savings,

(d) Amount of grant received from Government of Nepal,

(e) Grant or assistance received from a foreign government or an international organisation,

(f) Amount accrued from commercial activities,

(g) Membership entry fee.

2) Approval of the Ministry of Finance shall be obtained before obtaining the amount referred to in clause (e) of sub-Section (1).
