Section 1: Short Title, Extension and Commencement

1) This Act may be called the “Bonus Act, 2030”.

2) It shall extend all over Nepal.

3) This Act shall come into force in relation to the following enterprises, in such area and on such date as the Government of Nepal, by a notification in the Nepal Gazette, may appoint:

(a) Where ten or more people are working on the date of commencement of this Act or any other date of twelve months prior to such date, or,
