Section 64: Public Procurement Monitoring Office

1) A Public Procurement Monitoring Office under the Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers shall be established in order to monitor procurement activities.

2) The chief of the office, as specified in sub-section (1), shall be an employee of the gazetted special class of the civil service of the Government of Nepal.
