Section 46: Work May be Caused to be Carried Out by Non-Governmental Organisation

If promptness, effectiveness and economy are achieved in having works such as public awareness training, orientation, empowerment, and mainstreaming carried out by a non-governmental organisation, the Public Entity may have such work carried out or obtain such services from a non-governmental organisation by application of the process as prescribed.
