Section 76: Saving

All acts and proceedings relating to procurement carried out under the Financial Procedure Act, 2055, and the Financial Administration Regulations, 2056, made thereunder. The provisions of the Act, Rule or Formation Order related to procurement of the Public Entity as referred to in sub-clause (2), (3), (4), (5) and (6) of Clause (b) of Section 2 shall be deemed to have been carried out under this Act.

Note: (1) The words substituted by the Administration of Justice Act, 2073:

(a) For “Court of Appeal”, “High Court”.

(b) For “Judge of the Court of Appeal”, “Judge of the High Court”.
