Section 67A: Procurement Proceedings Should Not Be Obstructed

When an authorised body, in connection with a procurement process being carried out by a public body, requires the production of any document for the purpose of conducting an investigation pursuant to this Act or prevailing law, it shall, to the extent possible, do so in a manner that does not hinder the progress of the procurement process.
