Section 3: Procurement to be Made as Per This Act

¹1) When making a purchase by a public body, the procedure as per this Act shall be followed.

1A) When making a purchase using government funds by an organisation registered under the prevailing law, the procedure as per this Act shall be followed to that extent.

2) Any purchase made in contravention of ²sub-sections (1) and (1A) shall be null and void.
