Section 55: Delegation of Powers

The board may delegate some of its powers by disclosing the purpose and reasons to any director, a subcommittee formed pursuant to Section 54, the chief executive, or any person acting as the chief executive of the insurance company, on the condition that such power shall be exercised under its supervision or direction.

Provided that management rights shall not be delegated to the board of directors.
