Section 18: Committees and Sub-Committees may be formed

1) The board may, as per this act or rules and regulations made thereunder, form any committee or sub-committee, as per necessity, for the operation of its business.

2) According to sub-section (1), functions, duties, powers, terms of reference, facilities allowances and procedures of the committee or subcommittee, as the case may be, shall be as prescribed.
