1) The matters written in this Act shall be governed by this Act, and the prevailing law shall be governed by other matters.

2) Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-section (1), the matters mentioned in the prevailing law relating to the prevention of money laundering or financial investment in terrorist activities shall be governed by the same Act.
