Section 159: Submission of Report to Government of Nepal

1) The Authority shall submit report to the Government of Nepal within four months from the completion of the financial year incorporating the following information in the report:

(a) Statement relating to its own works and action and the work performed and achievement made during the previous fiscal year,

(b) Overall position of the country related to the insurance business,

(c) Statement of achievement corresponding to an annual insurance policy,

(d) Activities to be performed for making reforms in the insurance sector,

2) The Nepal Government shall publish the report submitted by the Authority in accordance with sub-section (1).
