Section 158: Not being held accountable for actions done with good intentions

1) No member or employee of the Authority shall be held personally or collectively liable for any act or omission done in good faith in accordance with this Act or any rule, regulation or directive made under this Act.

Provided that he shall be personally liable for any act done knowingly or with the wrong intention.

2) If any suit is filed against any member or employee of the Authority in respect of any loss or damage caused or to be caused by anything done or attempted to be done in good faith in order to comply with this Act or any rule, regulation or directive made under this Act, the Authority shall bear the expenses of such suit.

Provided that the Authority shall not bear the expenses of any suit filed with respect to any act done knowingly or with the wrong intention.
