1) The Authority may collect data required by it, either on its own or from the Government of Nepal or other bodies, to achieve its objectives and perform its functions.

2) For this purpose, the Authority may also seek assistance from authorised persons, associations, institutions and international associations and organisations within or outside Nepal.

3) The Authority shall publish the activities, statistics and other details related to the insurance sector every month for the information of the general public.
