1) The case concerning the offences pursuant to Section 140 shall be prosecuted as the Government of Nepal is the plaintiff, and such cases shall be deemed to be included in Schedule-1 of Criminal Code Procedure, 2074.

2) The Authority shall provide necessary assistance to the concerned official in the process of investigation, collection of evidence and filing of the case in accordance with sub-section (1).
