Section 145: Limitation for Complaint

If it comes to the knowledge of the Authority through any channel or from inspection of the Authority and inspection or verification made by authorised officials or bodies pursuant to the prevailing laws about committing of such act which is deemed as offence under this Act or if it is proved that such act is committed, the complaint may be submitted within six months from the date of it being proved and lawsuit, shall be filed in the court within three months from the date of complaint made.
