Section 142: Don’t work in the Insurance Business

In case director, official or employee or the license of any insurance agent, insurance, a or intermediary of the insurer has been suspended, or a case related with offence pursuant to a Section 140 has been filed in the court against them, such director, official, chief executive, consultant or employee or insurance intermediary shall not be allowed to perform any work related with insurance business until such suspension is released or final decision of the case is made.
