Section 107: Preparation of New Financial Statements

1) A New financial statement disclosing the insurer’s actual situation under the Special Administration Team’s control shall be prepared as prescribed.

2) The financial statement prepared pursuant to sub-section (1) and detailed information related thereto shall be submitted to the Authority.
