Section 106: Notice of the Work

1) The Special Administration Team  shall give notice, including the following particulars, to every office of the insurer within 3 days from the date of commencement of performing the job, taking the insurer under into its control:

(a) Date and time of beginning of work after taking the insurer under control,

(b) Description of the revoked authority and responsibility of the person handling the main management of the concerned insurer,

(c) The procedure, time and place for claiming insurance by the insured,

(d) The procedure, time and place for claiming various claims by other different parties.

2) The notice pursuant to sub-section (1) shall be published every week for a period of four weeks in at least two national daily newspapers and also through its website.

3) The information regarding to the condition of the insurer taken under the control of the Special Administration Team, changes seen in the authorised person and his/her authority shall be submitted to the Authority, Securities Board of Nepal and the Office of Company Registrar
