Section 99: Foreign Insurance Company shall inform to the Authority

1) Foreign Insurance Company shall inform the Authority in writing before performing inspections or monitoring their branch established in Nepal.

2) Foreign Insurance Company company shall, after conducting inspection or monitoring in accordance with sub-section (1) at its branch office opened in Nepal, prepare a report and submit a copy thereof to the Authority.
