Section 125: Settlement of Small Amount Claim

1) The liability, instead of the claim of a small amount that is less than the prescribed limit by the Authority, shall be settled under the settlement of the claim of a small amount.

2) Other provisions relating to payment of a claim of a small amount shall be as prescribed.
