Section 43: Annual Budget

The Board shall, prior to the beginning of each fiscal year, approve the estimated budget of incomes and expenditures and the programs for the coming fiscal year. The Board may evaluate and amend the approved budget every three months, based on the actual position and matters that can be estimated. Such a budget shall be sent to the Government of Nepal for information.
