Section 26: Fulfilment of Vacant Office

In cases where the offices of the Governor, Deputy Governor, and Director fall vacant before the expiry of their tenure, the Government of Nepal shall appoint an appropriate person to such office for the remaining term of office, pursuant to the provisions made under this Act.
