1) The Bank shall maintain an accurate account of its profit and loss, as per the accounting system, in accordance with the Nepal Accounting Standards.

2) Notwithstanding whatever matter has been written in sub-section (1), international accounting standards shall have to be taken as the basis in the sectors in which the Nepal accounting standard is not involved.
